So today, after a very long trip for work, I came home to good ol' cold Michigan. My car in the airport parking lot was pretty much boxed in by the snowdrifts, I didn't have a jacket ... It was FREEZING!

So, I managed to wipe some of the snow off my car and rocked my way out of the parking spot. Upon making my exit and paying my parking fee, the parking attendant, Josie, smiled and welcomed me back to Michigan. She went on to notice all the snow that was still left on my car and grabbed her big snowbrush and brushed off my car completely!

I started to get out of the car and she said to get back in there. So I did. I sat there in shock as this woman brushed my car off in sub-zero wind chills.

I asked her for her name so that I could send this on to somebody at the airport. She went above and beyond the typical customer service we have come to accept.
So ... thanks, MKG, for giving good people jobs. Josie made my day!
